Shipping:

Every product goes through multiple quality checks to ensure we deliver you the perfect jewels safely. Once the jewellery passes quality checks it is packed in Zevar Designs Jewellery Box and covered with layer of bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery.

Australia wide Shipping Charges:

All our customer orders are shipped Free of cost within Australia, with all  orders above $59 shipped through AusPost Express Service.

INCASE ‘SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY’ IS REQUIRED, PLEASE INFORM US WHILE PLACING ORDER.

THIS WILL ADD $3.00 TO SHIPPING CHARGES.

International Delivery :

International Shipping charges starts from AUD $35, depending upon parcel weight.

Important Note: Additional charges like Import Duty or Customs Duty if any, specific to a particular country are to be borne by the customer.

Shipping Policy:
For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through Registered International Courier companies. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through Registered Domestic Courier companies and /or Speed post. Same day shipping for orders processed before 10 am.

Office Norms

Zevar Designs is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 1-2 working days from the date of the order and payment.

Damage During Shipping:

In the unlikely scenario your jewellery is damaged, customers are required to make an unboxing video when their parcel is received, including the opening of outer shipping satchel or padded mailer bag and should email or call us at +61451512290 to notify us of any such damage within 10 hours, once the parcel is delivered by shipping company at customer’s address.

Any claim for faulty or damaged product without the unboxing video attached, will not be considered, hence rejected.
